Helping organizations and people shape their futures in a creative, collaborative way
Through my work, I support organizations (and people!) to explore, envision, and shape futures. To best help organizations in their transformational endeavors, I strongly believe in the power of bringing together academic insights, change management practices, and creativity. In this process, I really enjoy developing spatial or visual methods and approaches to stimulate collaboration in complex multi-stakeholder contexts.
From an early age, I have had many interests: from becoming a painter and writer to understanding the nuts and bolts of complex processes. I have kept this curiosity, which has made me a versatile professional. At Factorr, I act as a scientific advisor, helping to develop and curate scientific programs with societal impact in placemaking projects.
