Helping organizations shape their future in a creative, collaborative way
I support organizations to explore, envision, and shape futures. To support organizations in their transformational endeavors, I strongly believe in the power of bringing together academic insights, change management practices, and creativity. In this process I really enjoy developing spatial or visual methods and approaches to stimulate collaboration in complex multi-stakeholder contexts.
From an early age, I have had many interests: from becoming a painter and writer, to understanding the nuts and bolts of complex processes. I have kept this curiosity, which has made me a versatile professional. At Factorr, I can combine my creativity and versatile background in challenging projects.
