Creating and building complex productions from a technical perspective and taking them to the next level

I’m responsible for the entire technical production of international projects, combining my extensive technical experience with my management skills. This means that I am responsible for managing large, multidisciplinary teams, setting up plans, creating 2D and 3D drawings, selecting the right suppliers, setting budgets, managing P&L, and creating schedules. All within the set time and budget. I often lead the production from the start all the way to show-run and load-out, translating the creative concept to a technical approach.

From an early age I was fascinated by large construction projects. Eventually I became responsible for the technical production of large-scale festivals, like Mysteryland, which is like building a “temporary city” for 90k+ people within a short timeframe. It became clear that this was much more interesting to me than construction only, given the complexity. I am energized by overcoming obstacles. At Factorr I can work on complex projects for leading museums, iconic touring exhibitions and concerts, immersive visitor centers and the largest festivals on earth.
