Inspirational projects – have a look at Factorr’s website and Koelhuis Eindhoven's website to get an idea of our work. Our clients range from cultural institutions to governmental organizations to corporations. This gives you a broad insight into organizations and their challenges.

Guidance from one of our senior team members – we have a flat hierarchy, and you will work in close collaboration with all members of the team, being able to learn from professionals with a broad and deep expertise.
-
A compensation – based on your experience and educational situation.

Lots of ambition and enthusiasm – we are a small but growing team filled with energy and excitement to take our organization to the next level.
About Factorr
Factorr is a creative agency using physical space as a medium for engaging multisensory storytelling that brings brands, concepts, and places to life.
We are a diverse team of creatives leveraging a broad set of disciplines, backgrounds, and skills to inspire, activate, and make changes in people’s hearts and minds through direct experience. Factorr is a catalyst, a maker, and a doer.
Our work revolves around activations and placemaking initiatives (like Koelhuis Eindhoven). We create engaging communication campaigns, installations, and immersive experiences that enhance brands, concepts, and messages for corporate as well as institutional clients. We also have a strong focus on placemaking, leveraging arts, culture, and quality entertainment to co-create meaning around spaces, together with their user communities.
